ABOUT ME
APPROACH
I'm a registered psychologist in Kelowna, BC. I provide therapy and psychoeducational assessments for children, teens, and young adults. My approach is evidence-based and incorporates cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), and other scientific therapies. I work together with clients to create a treatment plan that works best for you. I welcome clients of all cultural backgrounds, ethnicities, religious backgrounds, gender identities, and sexual orientations.
EXPERIENCE
I completed my doctoral training in Clinical Psychology at Simon Fraser University and my residency at the University of Manitoba. I have trained at BC Children's Hospital and the Maples Adolescent Treatment Centre. I have over 10 years of experience working with youth from all over BC who have severe and complex mental health issues. My research has focused on disordered eating and has been presented at international conferences.
